*** We unfortunately cannot work with hair that has tight braids, extensions or locks because we cannot properly exfoliate and detox the scalp with those types of hairstyles in place. Our massage techniques and tools cannot glide in without possibly damaging the braids and extensions. We appreciate your understanding***
***It is recommended that you come with 1-2 days unwashed hair.
1. Put on our disposable feet covers before stepping into our studio.
2. Change into our light gown and take off all jewelry.
***It is recommended that you leave your valuable jewelry at home prior to coming in for your appointment.
3. The Headicure Process starts.
4. Get changed then we will give you organic, non-caffeinated tea while we blow dry your hair. The disposable feet covers also serves the purpose of getting your foot massaged with the Cloud Foot Massager.
*** We are not offering intricated hair styling/blow out services at the moment.
5. We will use the necessary products for your hair, blow dry and give you a modest style.

HARD COPY : If you want a hard copy, please come to our studio. Even though we are open 7 days a week, 10 hours a day, our staff sometimes might be inside the treatment room. Please call ahead to make sure we are available.​

HEADICURE POLICIES
Cancellation Policy : We are currently not requiring a deposit nor a credit card on file for cancellations but please be considerate and give us 24 - 48 hours notice. A NO - SHOW appointment will result in a ban from our spa.

Late Arrival Policy : We will give a grace period of 15 minutes but any later than that, we will have to cut down on your treatment time for the same price OR charge 50% and forfeit the appointment.

Appointment Refusal Policy : We reserve the right to refuse service if encounters become rude or threatening, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
